This position requires a highly organized and process driven Gaming Operations Executive to analyse, improve, innovate and standardise our current processes and procedures. Working closely with the Operations Controllers and retail team to champion best practice initiatives across our Gaming business.

Job Description
Develop and implement a retail operations strategy/business plan in alignment with the overall company retail goals.
Producing detailed project plans and audits on operational activities.
Working to improve operational processes and deliver revenue growth through operational change/optimization.
Set up and coordinate shop and agent inspection team.
Work closely with the company’s CEO and retails team to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
Develop and implement strategies for agent acquisition such as a referral scheme etc.
Develop agent retention strategies such as re-investment into agent empowerment.
Monitoring Shop activities while working with the Retail team to develop new initiatives and strategies, to improve service delivery.
Proactively manage and review the performance, operations and progress of Regional Managers and their regions, sets objectives and targets for each region.
Review the Customers Support Team (Service Desk) as the backbone of agent support and work closely with the team to ascertain common complaints/feedback from the Agents and implement any necessary action.
Develops and implement a feedback mechanism which gives insights from the company owned shops and customers with a view to understand and identify business critical issues in order to ensure the alignment of tactics and strategies.
Supporting training programs of new recruits and industry insight on current members of the retail team
Adequate agent training and constant communication.
Conduct competitor intelligence analysis, environmental scan with a goal to be informed of the latest trends and news in the sport betting marketplace and propose new retail marketing and product ideas for the business to consider.
Tracking and reporting on improvement of turnover and profit for both company owned shops and franchise agents.
Provide leadership and management to the retail team
Work closely with the Human Resource Business Partner to ensure compliance to Human Resource Policies and ensure enforcement of all company policies
Regularly produces and presents a range of financial/non-financial reports for the CEO as required.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer
Academic Qualification, Professional Qualification, Experience
Minimum of bachelor’s degree
Relevant professional qualification would be an added advantage.
Nationwide retail operations experience
Gaming Industry knowledge and experience
Channel sales (agent model) experience
