Key Tasks and Respo

sibilities:
- Responsible for agreed sales / income targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement an effective sales strategy, including a monitoring and delivery strategy.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales delivery plan
- Lead and coordinate the nationwide sales force to achieve set targets
- Ensure follow up on a daily/weekly and monthly basis to ensure sales targets are being achieved by sales team as well as analyse sales report on a weekly basis
- To oversee the effective use of field sales tracking/reporting application
- Recruit and manage trade partners nationwide
- Regularly review trade partners performance and ensure retention
- Develop a channel penetration strategy that effectively distributes the products nationwide
- Develop and clearly map out “Route - to - market” plan per market per region to ensure availability and visibility
- Ensure effective monitoring and mentoring of the team by the regional and state managers
- Perform market research and analysis and use same to provide valuable insights and recommendations
- Maintain regular field visits and effective implementation of planned promotional activities.
- Prospect, negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- To lead on building internal and external relationships to fulfil the organisational vision of being the ‘go-to’ organisation for top up solutions in the country.
- Schedule and attend appropriate meetings and events on behalf of OneCard
Any other relevant task commensurate with the level of the role and as requested by your line manager or Chief Executive.
