Job Title: IT Administrator
Location:Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type:Full-time
Responsibilities:

Office 365 Management and support
Primary point of contact for reported call center issues, hardware/software problems
Implementing, following IT security policies and guidelines
Managing or generating different reports/customizations for management/clients as requested.

Minimum Requirements:
CCNA is a plus.
Excellent IT, communication, leadership, project management and management skills
Ability to fill multiple roles simultaneously
Proven track record of maintaining IT structural integrity

Skills & Abilities:
Ability to Collaborate with Technical & Non-Technical team members Very strong problem- solving skill
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Excellent English skills – verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of IT operational processes and structured in ways ofworking

Salary:NGN170,000 / Month.
