Hospital Planner

Requirements:We are looking for a highly motivated Hospital Planner to perform a wide range of tasks, including structural layout and requirements of hospitals, candidates will be expected to coordinate with engineers and administrative personnel. Responsibilities:Duties and Responsibilities

Design, construct, develop and installations for hospital facilities
Ensure timing, cost and project requirements are strictly adhered too
Supervise construction and equipment installation for new and/ or renovation projects
Work with other departments to review design changes, equipment specifications, purchasing and account operations
Healthcare planning, programming, medical equipment coordination, must be able to stay informed on the latest advances in healthcare and data analytics
Day to day management of facility operation
Ensuring that facilities meet environmental, health and security standard
Produce daily and monthly reports
Make sure regulations are followed
Monitoring the performance of the service and ensuring it is of high quality

Skills

The ability to understand and follow current policies
Technical skills are required
Must be able to communicate policies and procedures with staff
Strong analytical skills to solve complex design problems
Must be able to multitask
Experience is using 3D imaging software such as AutoCAD or 3D Studio Max is a plus

Requirement

Candidates should possess BSc in any medical degree
A degree in biomedical technology or medical science is desirable
Must be a procurement specialist
Good understanding of the use of a broad range on medical equipment is an advantage
Minimum 6 years experience in a related field
Minimum of 4 years experience in hospital planning
