Hotel Manager

Requirements:Required Qualifications and Experience Bachelors Degree. Excellent negotiation skills, strong interpersonal skills, strong communication skills and the ability to work Independently
Effective in Microsoft Office applications
Minimum of 2 years experience in Hotel Management
Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to design & follow procedures, meets deadlines and work cooperatively with team members
Sense of initiative and anticipation
Ability to work with little supervision
Being proactive and enterprising (taking initiative);
Good inter-personal skills
Language Requirements:

Job Responsibilities of the Hotel Manager

Train, hotel staff members
Ensure that the hotel standards for guest services, and housekeeping are met.
Answer questions from guests about hotel policies and services
Monitor staff performance to ensure that guests are happy and that the hotel is well run
Coordinate office activities of hotels and resolve problems
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and grounds for cleanliness and appearance
Greet and register guests
