Send admin manager daily reports of cleaning and hospitality items used for the apartment
Issuing keys to the housekeepers
Coordinating operations and clearance with apartment housekeepers
Inspecting apartment for readiness and reporting to the superior for the same
Catering for VIP facilities and providing special supplies such as hot drinking water, babysitting provision.
Ensuring that cleanliness is maintained at all times in public areas such as hallways leading to the apartment.
Ensuring housekeeper is available for as per schedule
Ensuring the provision of guests supplies such as towels, etc.
Supervising hotel area and ensuring the cleanliness of all areas of the hotel
Ensuring housekeepers working overtime follow all SOPs
Suggesting procurement of any uniforms required
Inspecting linen and sending it to laundry
Checking linen from laundry and sending it for ironing
Maintaining linen influx and outflux register
Checking repaired linen
Suggesting linen replacement if required
Keep count of cleaning equipment such as detergents
Create requisition to purchase the required material
Check that uniforms are returned at the end of a shifts
Perform housekeeping supervisor duties when working overtime
Report and Follow up with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and all maintenance issues until it’s fixed.
