Collect and manage all data pertaining to a company' employee
To be involved in recruiting, hiring, and training of new employee
To perform a variety of tasks related to employee record-keeping
Handle sensitive employee and company information
Assisting in payroll preparation
Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
Manage the department's telephone centre and address queries accordingly.
