Details of the offer

Requirements: 1. University degree or above, major in Human Resource Management, 5 + years HR experience, 3 + years of HR management experience;
2. Familiar with relevant national and regional policies and regulations, and master human resource management knowledge. Familiar with human resource planning and organization structure configuration, proficient in human resource plan, performance appraisal, compensation system, employee relationship professional system construction and practical experience;
3. Have strong communication and coordination ability, quick problem solving ability, organization and management ability, motivation ability, analysis and judgment ability and confidentiality awareness. Work actively, meticulously and conscientiously, and obey management.
4. Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT and other common office software.Responsibilities:1. Assist Chinese management team in annual HR work, and push all work to be carried out efficiently and quickly; Provide feasibility advice to management according to local laws and regulations.
2. Assist business units in improving human resource management and help develop and develop staff;
