Our client, a micro finance bank, has given us the task to source for the position of a HR Manager. The candidate will direct and coordinate human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labour relations, benefits, training, and employee services etc
Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation.
Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
Organize trainings and Team Bonding exercise.
Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Administers benefits programs such as life, health, and dental insurance, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
Carry out Administrative duties on behalf of the Organization.
Job Competencies & Requirements:
Minimum of 3-4 years working experience as a generalist.
BA/Bsc in human resources, business administration or any related field
Experience in a micro finance with relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage
Must be able to demonstrate ability to lead and develop HR department.
Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, employee engagement, and employee development.
Good written and spoken communication skills.
NOTE: Candidates should reside on the island.
