Qualification
HND, B.Sc/MSC in relevant disciplines
Appropriate professional qualification will be an added advantage
Experience
Must have worked in a consulting or HR environment
Extensive Business Development skills
Proposal preparation/presentation skill
HR projects management experience (recruitment, organization review, staff audit, salary survey etc)
