Responsibilities:Manage end to end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews and onboarding.Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliancewith relevant regulations.Administer employee benefits, leave management, and maintainaccurate staff records.Facilitate employee training and development and developmentprograms to enhance skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement.Address employee queries and concerns, fostering asupportive and inclusive work environment.Plan meetings and take detailed minutesTake note of office supplies and order for new ones beforeit's exhausted.Requirements:Candidates should possess a B.Sc. in Business Administration,Social science or any related field of study and HR certification CIPM.1 - 2 years of Experience on the same role with proven successespecially in the Real Estate IndustryProven experience as HR officer, or administratorKnowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment,training & development etc.)Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary proceduresProficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plusOutstanding organizational and time-management abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and decision-making aptitudeStrong ethics and reliabilityStrong use of Microsoft packages especially PowerPoint andExcelMethod of ApplicationInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resume and aCover Letter using the Job Title as the subject ofthe mail.
