Holiday Oil is currently looking to hire an outgoing and energetic Human Resource Coordinator at their Corporate Office. Holiday Oil owns and operates 63 Convenience Store/Petroleum locations in Utah. With over 600 employees, we are looking for a highly motivated candidate to coordinate the Human Resource needs of our growing company.
Job Responsibilities
Manage the new hire on-boarding process including conducting new employee orientation
Maintain Personnel Records
Follow Up with Store Management regarding Employee Evaluations and Communication Records
Create/Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Track store employment requirements, actively recruit, and make recommendations to fill employment needs
Evaluate Company Policy and Practices for compliance with State and Federal Laws
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Coordinate with payroll regarding new employees
Compensation and benefits administration
Other Operations and HR Tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
2+ years education or experience in a related field or job role
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of applicable Federal and State laws
Understanding employment law guidelines and their application within the workplace (FMLA, Workers Compensation, ADA, EEO, etc.)
Proficient in MicrosoftExcel, Word and Outlook
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Superior judgment and decision making skills
Paycom experience a plus
Compensation: $16 - $18/hour DOE
