Responsibilities:Strategic HR Planning:Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.Assess and anticipate HR-related needs, providing innovative solutions to support business objectives.Talent Acquisition:Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.Develop and maintain effective partnerships with external recruitment agencies and networks.Employee Relations:Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture.Mediate and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a harmonious work environment.Performance Management:Implement and manage performance review processes to ensure fair and consistent evaluations.Provide guidance and support to managers on performance improvement plans.Training and Development:Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.Facilitate training sessions on HR-related topics for both employees and managers.Compliance:Stay current on labor laws and regulations to ensure company-wide compliance.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain a legally compliant work environment.Benefits Administration:Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring competitive and cost-effective offerings.Provide guidance to employees on benefit options and resolve benefit-related inquiries.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a consulting environment.Strong knowledge of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.CIPM, SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
