Degree in Personnel Management or any Social Sciences.Student member of CIPM added advantage.1 - 3 years of HR/personnel administration experience

Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files and sorting mail
for the Human Resources department
Enter employment data into computer database.
Ensure that all required documents are collected and are
maintained in employee files
Track and update employee records i.e. welfare, leave, compensation
Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations and employee training sessions
Support HR Manager with monthly payrolls and PAYE preparation & submissions
