Learning programme development, maintenance and continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements:
3 – 5 years experience in curriculum and programme design and implementing learning solutions.
2 years experience in developing e-learning courses
Retail experience would be an advantage
Must have E-Learning, articulate and SPP knowledge
Must have knowledge of compentency development and curricula design
Knowledge of NQF requirements and be informed about SAQA and SETA qualification changes, requirements and trends
Must have knowledge of adult learning principles, and educational theories and outcomes-based learning
Knowledge of QCTO standards, ADDIE, Blended learning approaches and SAP LMS.
Must be computer literate (MS Office suite)
Must be proficient in the usage of G-Suite Applications
Conceptual & design skills
Excellent English writing skills
Good at presenting and communicating information
Good writing and reporting
Excellent planning and organizational skills
