Instrumentation Electronic Engineer

Knowledge of electrical generator, its protection and control system.
To carry out the periodic and preventive maintenance of generator and transformer.
Knowledge of LT transformer maintenance requirement and its protection systems.
Knowledge and understanding LT breaker operation and do preventive maintenance.
Ability to read and understand the electrical single line and control system diagram.
Ability to identify the electrical physical components and understand their specification.
Ability to use responsibly the electrical measuring and monitoring instruments.
Knowledge to maintain electrical earthling systems and pits.
Knowledge of starters like star/delta, DOL connection for motor operation.
Ability to dismantle and assemble motor to replace bearings, glands etc.
Knowledge of AC / DC distribution control system.
Ability to calibrate the instruments like pressure, temperature, speed sensor and switches, controllers, air lock relays, relief valve, safety valves and pneumatic operated valves etc.
Ability to understand component program and set the process parameters.
Ability to understand the P&ID symbols and loop diagram.
Knowledge of Battery bank maintenance and DC distribution systems.
Knowledge of digital controllers like Voltage regulator, speed regulator etc.
Ability to understand the instrument purpose in the process.
Ability to use responsibly the electrical measuring and monitoring instruments.
Attitude to work in team to understand electrical in conjunction with instrumentation.
Knowledge to identify the faults in instrumentation systems.
