Interior Designer

Requirements:Preferred 1- 3 years experience as an Interior Designer /Project Manager.

He/she must have Bachelor in Architectural Design or any related field.

Experience in Project Management is an added advantage.

Experience with AutoCAD, beneficial experience with Sketchup and/or Revit.

Must possess fluent computer skills in Word, Excel, Photoshop and other Microsoft based software.

Have an understanding of basic flow chart schedules, both creating and reading them.

Ability to space plan to layout interior decor.

Must understand basic accounting systems for coding purchases.

Attention to detail for design standards and purchasing/coding requirement.

Responsibilities:· Interior Designers/Project Managers oversee the architectural design and interior efforts.

· They conduct market research and facilitate design review and build planning meetings.

·They approve design specifications and develop purchase justifications for materials where necessary.

·In preparation for the build phase, Design Managers review proposals and solicitations and coordinate with field personnel.

·Conduct site inspections to ensure conformance to design specifications and interior codes.

·Design Managers review contractor performance for conformance to contract and authorize invoices for payment.

·They manage workflow, oversee the completion of activities and communicate progress to stakeholders.
