Qualification and Requirements

B.Sc or HND in Accounting.
2-3 years working experience in audits and accounts.
Professional qualification is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities
Taking surprise physical
verification at branches/Warehouse whether it matches with Book stock.
Checking the warehouse and stores
whether bin card and stock maintenance is correctly maintained and any
improvement required and active participation in improvement of the present
system.

Submission of report on the stock
differences, implementation of overall improvement of the internal
control system as per the guidelines from HO.

Independent verification of
purchase prices from the market along with the development of data base for the
company.
Auditing all SAP entries in the
system and give the report to HO for any anomalies and to check whether it is
in accordance with the system.

Verifying the Vouchers
and all the vouchers proper support and approval and
all the out standings of Vendor and Debtors represent fair picture.

Any other jobs assigned by the HO
time to time including any accounting work, cash flow, budgets
