It Project Manager

Responsibilities:Overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of software projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications.Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.Helping project teams design, execute, monitor and complete their work to ensure the clients receive high-quality software products.Fostering a collaborative work environment where team members are motivated to achieve excellence.Serving as liaisons between the development team and other stakeholders.Testing products to identify defects and ensure alignment with client requirements.Conducting post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned for future projects.Requirements:Knowledge of development technologies such as PHP Laravel, Node.js MySQL for building scalable products is a plusAgile project management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Strong communication and people management skillsKnowledge of product managementGreat team playerExcellent office administration skillsPresentation and negotiation skillsGood organizational, time management and multi-tasking abilitiesStrong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve common objectives.Good stakeholder management skills
