Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of Institutional/Key Account Representative assigned to you with a view of attaining targeted calls and sales goals

Job Description
• Achieve set targets through your Institutional/Key Account Representative in your area as directed by your line manager
• To develop and improve the business sales-wise in your area
• To train, coach and motivate the reps in your areaIdentify and map all key accounts in assigned territory.
• To expand the distribution of our products by scouting for new Institutions in your assigned area
• Ensure you understand the drivers and the blockers of your distribution business. Protect the drivers and avoid the blockers to ensure smooth running of your business.
• Continually coach Institutional/Key Account Representative in your area, Build their sales capabilities by continuous on the field training
• Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
• Recommend new products by evaluating current product results and identifying needs to be filled.
• Organize and carry out seminars and clinical meetings with the aim of informing, educating and intellectually enriching the medical community with a view to getting them to endorse and recommend our products
• Collaborate with other Territory Medical Representatives to raise demand and brand awareness amongst relevant stakeholder in each institution.
• Foster partnerships with assigned institutions to Uncover new business opportunities and expand our share in key accounts
• To develop and improve the business sales-wise in your area
• To train, coach and motivate the reps in your area
OTHER DUTIES
• Any other duties and projects assigned by the National Sales Manager
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• University graduate - B/PHARM desirable
• Strong sales background in Pharma /FMCG (6Yrs+)
• Strong relationship building skills
• Ability to manage teams and result oriented.
• Excellent Communication skills and perfect command of English language.
• In depth knowledge of Nigerian Medical Institutions
