Job Summary:We are seeking a visionary and strategic Lead, Talent Management to join our dynamicteam and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. Talent Planning & Strategy:? Craft and implement comprehensive talent plans, forecasting futureworkforce needs based on business objectives and strategic direction.? Maintain an accurate and updated database of employee skills,competencies, and career aspirations.? Proactively identify potential skill gaps and develop initiatives to bridgethem.? Recruitment & Selection:? Manage the entire recruitment process, from vacancy identification andadvertisement to candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.? Collaborate with business leaders to define ideal profiles and ensurerecruitment efforts accurately reflect the company's values and culture.? Learning & Development:? Partner with departmental heads to conduct training needs assessmentsand design learning programs that address identified skill gaps andenhance employee performance.? Manage the implementation of training programs and evaluate theireffectiveness.? Performance Management & Engagement:? Oversee the organization-wide performance management system,promoting effective feedback and career development opportunities.? Work with leaders to implement performance development plans anddesign career progression pathways for employees.? Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth, fostering employeeengagement and retention.Qualifications:? Education & Certifications:? First degree or equivalent in Social Sciences, Business Management, or arelevant discipline.? Master's degree in a relevant Social/Management Science or related fieldis desirable.? Professional certification in HR Management (e.g., CIPM, SPHR) isrequired.? Experience:? Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience, with at least 4 years ina mid-management role within HR or Talent Management.? Proven track record of successfully implementing talent managementstrategies and driving positive results.? Skills & Competencies:? Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.? Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.? Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to influenceand collaborate effectively at all levels.? Passion for talent development and a deep understanding of humanresources best practices.? Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.Nature of Work:?
