Partner with departmental heads to conduct training needs assessmentsand design learning programs that address identified skill gaps andenhance employee performance.? Manage the implementation of training programs and evaluate theireffectiveness.? Performance Management & Engagement:? Oversee the organization-wide performance management system,promoting effective feedback and career development opportunities.? Work with leaders to implement performance development plans anddesign career progression pathways for employees.? Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth, fostering employeeengagement and retention.Qualifications:? Education & Certifications:? First degree or equivalent in Social Sciences, Business Management, or arelevant discipline.? Master's degree in a relevant Social/Management Science or related fieldis desirable.? Professional certification in HR Management (e.g., CIPM, SPHR) isrequired.? Experience:? Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience, with at least 4 years ina mid-management role within HR or Talent Management.?
