Job Title: Management Trainee

Location: Lagos

Job Description
A successful Management Trainee helps managers complete daily tasks (e.g. implementing new policies) and understanding each department’s (e.g. Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals

Main duties include providing administrative support (e.g. data entry), and getting familiar with personnel duties and researching ways to increase profitability and lower risk

Ultimately, you will be responsible for helping managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data) and keeping track of business revenue.
