Manager | 5 Years Experience

Requirements:This position requires: Experience- at least 2-4 years restaurant management experience (or operations management experience)
Reliable vehicle and drivers license
Ability to stand 8 to 10 hours
Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
Must have certification regarding the handling of food/alcohol or be able to obtain it
University degree in management preferred

You will be the reason the restaurant has success. Responsibilities will include: open/close of restaurant, inventory (both food and beverage), staffing, training of wait staff, payroll, P&L (profit and loss), scheduling of staff, to name a few. You will work hand and hand with the head Chef to ensure quality of food that comes out of the kitchen, budgets (purchase of ingredients), changes during shift (selling out of an item for instance) and more. As manager you also will be important to the atmosphere of the restaurant, making sure that guests are seated in a prompt manner, that patrons receive ordered items on time and they leave with an experience that makes them want to come back and tell others. Lastly, you will be involved in the community, local government (maintaining all licenses to include business license, liquor license, etc), other business owners in the area, etc.Benefits:10% off meals
