Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business.
Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
Promote sales of advertising channels.
Oversee the promotion of sales on advertisement media and listing services.
Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them deals.
Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts.
Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
