Job Summary
The Marketing Communications Manager's role is strategic to the attainment of Promatic Nigeria's sustenance of its position as the No 1 Slot Machine Gaming firm in terms of spread and gross sales in Nigeria. The ideal job incumbent will be responsible for co-creating, implementing and executing an active and effective online and offline marketing activities, as well as communication and public relations strategy at the Promatic Nigeria brand including its various products and services. The role is principally responsible for interpreting and localizing group marketing strategies within the Nigerian context, advising on, initiating and executing end to end marketing communications initiatives-digital and offline, aimed at promoting the company’s brand and working strategically with Poland Marketing Team, local Operations team and Sales Account Executive to deliver top class brand and gaming experience for customers within the ambience of Promatic’s specific marketing and corporate objectives.

Job Description
Reports to: Marketing Manager (Europe)
What You Will Do
Develop with Group Marketing Team and implement a strategic and comprehensive marketing communications plan to position Promatic Nigeria/9Jackpot as the no 1 Slot Gaming Company/brand in Nigeria and Africa at large;
Principally responsible for advising Promatic Nigeria’s Management on appropriate marketing spend;
Track ROI on investment in marketing initiatives and being co-responsible for financial planning, budgeting and control for the Nigerian marketing unit.
Analyze market trends, gather and analyze customer insight, competitors' landscape and translating the implications into marketing campaigns.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and programs such as the referrals and loyalty plan, measuring results;
Plan and execute all PR activities with running e-marketing campaigns & publishing PR articles on the most popular blogs/videoblogs/newspapers/websites as well as interviews, events and press conferences;
Lead, manage and develop 3rd party suppliers (production companies, Media, PR, Digital Agencies) to achieve the best execution of brand plans as well as contact local media for media buying/placement;
Contact, establish and maintain business relations with the key strategic partners/vendors;
Develop a favorable public attitude toward the Promatic Nigeria Brand and its various products/services through a broad range of creative and strategic marketing initiatives targeted at Promatic Nigeria clients, partners, agents and the public.
Responds to inquiries from media sources and the public and oversees the proprietary content of all public speaking engagements in which Promatic Nigeria representatives are scheduled to participate.
Develop and implement robust and effective marketing and communications policies and procedures covering all relevant aspects of Promatic Nigeria’s business activities.
Assure that Promatic Nigeria’s communications policies and procedures are adhered to and implemented correctly and consistently across Promatic Nigeria, including ensuring complete and consistent compliance with the Promatic Nigeria’s Code of Ethics;
Coordinate and implement all tasks related to online and offline area, as well as print and online advertising campaigns for the company and its brands, ensuring brand consistency across all levels;
Running Social media campaigns, managing company profiles, executing PPC, SEO and email marketing initiatives and presenting reports.

What You Should Have
Degree in Marketing Mgt., Mass Communication, Business Management, or Business related/Social Science discipline – is a must;
MBA/M.Sc. in Marketing or Business/Marketing Management would be added advantage;
Membership of Professional Body (e.g. NIMN, CIM, APCON) would be added advantage;
Prior experience in a gaming company is a great advantage
Minimum of 4 years’ experience on similar position is a must;
Strong affinity for data driven marketing decisions
Proven competence in leading and executing marketing campaigns, advanced knowledge of digital, SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing and loyalty marketing;
Practical experience in analytical marketing;
Ability to conceptualize, develop and implement a short and long-term marketing plan;
Great project management and multitasking skills;
Intermediate/advanced knowledge in standard business software applications e.g. MS Office word, Excel, etc;
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
