Job Description
Seek to maximize rental income, set goals and track vs. internal and external benchmarks
Seek to minimize marketing expenses, develop annual forecasts
Visually inspect interior and exterior of properties according to regular schedule, daily, weekly,
monthly
Provide rental rate recommendations by surveying local rental rates; forecast expenses, and
profit goals
Rigorously monitor sales performance against approved budgets and put measures in place to address variances.
Promote property through marketing initiatives
Maintain social media presence at property level and at a corporate level
Maintain accurate information through online channels
Track effectiveness of marketing initiatives
Continuously identify areas for improved efficiency
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and
projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand,
changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Translate Organizational targets and strategy into meaningful operational targets and strategic focus areas
Use customer insights to identify and evaluate strategic and
innovative revenue generating sales initiatives
Launch viable projects in support of business objectives
Design and Implement a channel enablement framework throughout all territories.
Develop clearly articulated and logical route to market with sales channel partners and
agencies
The incumbent is required to have the following qualifications and experience level:

Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Sales or
Business Administration or similar.
At least 5 to 7 years of experience within Real Estate / Property Development
industry, with at least 2 years at managerial level.
Experience in strategy development within Marketing & Sales for Properties & Real
Estate Developments.
Strong financial acumen and experience in channel partner management
