Mixologist/Bartender

Responsibilities:To ensure compliance with sanitation hygiene, health and safety legislation, organizational and quality requirementsCreate cocktails using fresh ingredientsAssist with the preparation of all beverage drinks both hot and coldAssist with general bartender duties which include taking orders and making reservations, clearing and preparing table bar areas, bar storage, prepare the bill, and receive a receipt of payment.Maintaining accurate records and accounts as requiredResponsibly use resources and help control expensesAdhere to all organizational policies and proceduresTake a record of daily stocks at the bar and request for drinks when necessary.
