Job Description
Business Operations Program Management team provides program management, information management, business planning and designs, implements and continuously improves business processes to support all aspects of the organization. In this role you will work closely with leaders, key Infrastructure business stakeholders, and end users to devise optimized solutions for business problems and own delivery from concept through implementation.
We look at relevant experience as well as demonstrated abilities. Tweeql's infrastructure is constantly redefining what is possible, and we need Operations Program Managers that can do the same.
Develop, roll-out and sustain repeatable business process for programs at relevant Infrastructure teams
Champion and provide oversight for initiatives during the delivery process and provide direct project and/or program management activities
Develop internal communication to support business initiatives and ensure effective adoption of related process and procedures
Quantify pain points around operational issues and align resources in areas that will deliver the greatest impact (i.e. ensuring equitable distribution of resources and creating a sustainable reporting methodology)
Review operational and business issues and help determine if process improvement or a technology solution is required
Conduct business process re-engineering workshops to innovate on business processes and define ways to improve their efficiency and effectiveness
Elicit detailed business requirements by engaging the business to capture clear functional details to architect an improved business process
Lead/support all business readiness activities including end user training, product testing, and roll-out
Run regular syncs to maintain proactive stance/awareness about issues across cross-functional partnerships
Maintain Program Management best practices to include thorough documentation, capture lessons learned, and effective knowledge management
Resourceful and action-orientated with the ability to get things done and overcome obstacles independently
Ability to quickly adapt, learn new technologies, and be able to create a solid understanding of operational challenges
Foster a culture of collaboration and decision making based on data.
