Job Summary
As the Operations executive,you will oversee our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. You will be responsible for the efficiency of business.
The role is a key member of the management team, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). You’ll have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an You must have an excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics. The goal of the position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed in current business trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. You’ll work closely with the CEO to make sure that our plans and projects are being executed at a high level of excellence. You will lead, help vet prospects and research new partners for national expansion and you’ll become best friends with our local partners to make sure that our programs objectives are met. You’ll use operations and come up with new systems to make sure our partnerships are models of efficiency and transparency and position our programs to achieve maximum impact today and over time.

· Designing and implementing business operations
· Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision
· Overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives
· Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures

Requirements
? Proven experience as
Operations executive
or relevant role
? Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
? Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
? Experience in fundraising will be a plus
? Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
? Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
? Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
? Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
? Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
? BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
