The role holder will be reporting directly to the Expansion manager
and closely collaborating with city ops lead and departmental heads to
drive supply and demand growth.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
? Setup and scale operational processes in your City
? Manage operations team to ensure growth in new supply across cities
? Monitor and report implementation of operational best practices
? Analysis and monitoring city supply needs to ensure adequate city coverage
? Provide analysis for client and driver campaign engagement, to reduce churn and improve loyalty
? Collaborate with Expansion Manager to set and review product pricing
? Provide analysis for expansion (New products and cities)
Qualifications and Experience
? +3 years of experience in Management role in a fast-paced work environment
? Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related fields
? Data-Driven mindset and Analytical skills (high excel proficiency)
? Excellent time management and organizational skills
? Experience working in, sharing economy, tech business, the transport industry is a plus
? Creative problem solving and critical thinking skills with a bias toward action and get things done attitude
? Previous experience in launching or managing a business is a plus
? Proficiency in English is a must
