Operations Manager

Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operational activities for optimal performance.Coordinate with internal teams and externalstakeholders and track progress.Ensure compliance with company policy for all departments.Ensuring quality controland timely delivery of projects and other deliverables. Perform regular projectaudits to identifyand correct designdiscrepancies with the project and design team to ensure the timely delivery of projects. Listen to Clients'feedback or complaints and interact effectively to increasepatronage/Client satisfaction.Feed future corporatepolicy trends back to management.Develop a strongpositive customer relationship and help drive brand advocacy.Expedite the resolution of Clients' complaints tomaximize satisfaction and provide customer support for company products andservices.Identifying areas for improvement and developing/implementing operational policiesand procedures.Requirements:Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline4 years of working experience
