The Role

You will be responsible for :

Initiate creative local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns. Build an active loyal community of retailers dependent on ShopTopUp for access to inventory and financial services. Drive aggressive growth of the retailer base in your city at an agreed weekly rate through a team of competent agents. Work with your city team to consistently deliver an excellent experience to the retail base. Communicate product/process needs to HQ, work with product/engineering to deliver on them. Help scale our other cities through developing and sharing best practices. Continue to grow REVENUES and the ACTIVE RETAIL BASE!

Ideal Profile

You have at least 4 years experience within a customer/merchant acquisition, sales operations role in the banking or FMCG industries. Data-driven mentality to build and manage high performing teams. You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
