Job Description
1. Devising and maintaining office systems including data and filing.
2. Arranging travel, visa and accommodation and occasionally, travelling with the MD to take notes or dictation at meetings
3. To provide general assistance during presentations and meetings.
4. Organizing and maintaining diaries, schedules, calendars, plans, projects and making appointments
5. Dealing with incoming emails, post, often corresponding on behalf of the MD.
6. Carrying out background research on prospective domestic (and sometimes, office) staff and presenting findings.
7. Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
8. Organizing meetings and ensuring the managing director is well prepared for meetings
9. Liaising with clients, suppliers, vendors etc
10. Keeping MD's Petty cash record
11. To conduct research and analyse data, to prepare reports.
12. Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
1. A Bachelors’ degree from a reputable University or HND from Polytechnic
2. Applicant must have completed NYSC
3. Must have studied in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Secretariat studies, office management etc
3. Candidates must be social media savvy and knowledgeable in digital marketing
4. Must be computer literate and must be proficient in the use of Microsoft office
