JOB DESCRIPTION
Acting as a first point of contac, dealing with correspondence and phone calls. managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments for the MD, booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation for the MD.

Main duties includes:
A personal Assistant will work closely with senior managerial or executive staff to provide administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis. Personal Assistant careers are varied and you will play a pivotal role in helping the MD to make best use of their time with administrative and secretarial tasks.
