Job Description
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Implement organization plans for achieving POS goals.
Acquire and onboard POS merchants in identified sectors and locations.
Grow POS business by acquiring and onboarding POS in identified sectors and locations.
To work with small and large profile agents’ on products acquisition and problem resolution.
Achieving growth and hitting POS targets
Implement POS plans; write presentations, reports and price quotations.
Manage significant opportunity pipeline to guarantee success and nationwide growth.
Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.
Achieving growth and hitting POS targets by successfully working in collaboration with team members.
Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative sales solutions.
Provide reports on activities as required
Requirements
BSc/MSc degree in business administration or a related field
Successful previous experience in Agency Banking in the Banking/Fintech sector,
Excellent understanding of B2C business models
At least four (4) years of experience in business development roles with a proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Possession of a strong SME base or access to obtaining one.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
