Job Description
Production Manager is responsible for carrying out production operation effectively and efficiently at optimum cost and quality in accordance with GMP, other Quality Systems and Industry Standards.
Manage the achievement of the production plan in Processing and Packaging effectively and efficiently.
Prepare Daily Production Plan in accordance with monthly Rolling Production Plan.
Prepare production yield, and material usage variances.
Continuously evaluating the production output deviations vs target and implement preventive and corrective actions.
Verifying production material reconciliation and inventory management, keeping ongoing coordination with Warehouse manager.
Conducting production trials.
Train and develop staff.
Implement lean manufacturing methodology and overall equipment effectiveness.
Identify the sources of waste and implement methodologies to eliminate.
Work with R&D / QA / QC / Engineering in Trouble Shooting and making root cause analysis for different problems
Manage the usage of production machineries, equipment and spare parts effectively and efficiently.
Ensure the acquisition of appropriate skills and quality awareness of production personnel.
Fully Responsible for Production Productivity.
Manage GMP and implement all other management systems applied by the company.
Ensure products are produced in accordance to specs and appropriate documentation are generated..

Factory Manager
Head of Manufacturing.

Requirement:
3-5 years of experience as a production manager
Not more than 40 years of ageHands on pharma production operations.
