REQUIREMENTS
Must have at least 4 years experience as a chef - Hotel experience is a plus
Must have professional or near professional culinary experience
Must be able to live on the premises - Benin city
Must be willing to undergo further culinary training
Must be able to read and write
Must be willing to work long term - at least 2 year contract
Must be able to provide reference form previous employers
Must undergo medical screening

GENERAL DUTIES
1. Prepare meals for up to 8 in house and external persons
2. Manage stock of food items in the house
3. Manage status of serving bowls, coolers, dishes etc
4. Write a weekly/monthly list of food items required
5. Ensure pets are fed and water changed twice a day
6. Ensure food in freezer is properly managed
7. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen at all times
8. Wash all cooking utensils after cooking
9. Serve food to other home staff
10. Keep the kitchen areas clean and tidy at all times
11. Sweep and mop outside kitchen
12. Set the table for all parties to eat
13. Clear table after all meals
14. Organize for security to move bins as needed
15. Wash all dishes
WORKING STRUCTURE
Monday to Saturday - one day off
Time off for major holidays
Uniform required
Salary paid monthly (75k - 80k)
