Job Description
The Address Homes Ltd is a top-class, leading real estate developer of repute, with contemporary luxury homes in Ikoyi and Lekki areas of Lagos Island. Due to expansion, we urgently require for employment, high performing, hard-working, and highly motivated individuals (male and female) in the following position:
Project Architect
Job Responsibilities:-
- Collaborating with the project manager, in managing from inception to completion.
- Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)
-Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
- Superimposing Architectural, structural, and M&E drawing to check they are in accordance.
- Visual awareness and an eye for detail.
- Production of As-built drawings Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical drawing.
- Site supervision
- Quality control and quality assurance.
- Ability to develop, communicates, and present design concepts orally and graphically.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 5years post qualification experience in a similar role.
Bachelor or Master's degree in Architecture.
Proficiency in all Architectural software and Microsoft project
