The role:

Bring your construction and contract administration experience to the Medford Construction Office as a project coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring daily contract compliance on all construction projects as required. A day in the life:
Lead project development activities for projects.

Coordinate and direct day-to-day activities of inspection teams and field survey personnel on construction projects.

Ensure contractor’s procedures in the work and/or materials are consistent with the contract documents.

Work with contractors for corrective actions and suspend non-compliant work.

Document, prepare and maintain as-built drawings.

Assist in claim preparations and negotiations.

Serve as the construction representative on project delivery teams.

Work within competing demands and simultaneous projects.

You may be exposed to hazards of traffic and construction equipment.

You will work in the field more than 50% of the time.

Day and overnight travel may be required.

What we need for an Associate in Engineering 2:
Completion of and passing score on the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam;AND

One (1) year of experience applying professional engineering theory, principles and methods.
