Position:S13 Project Manager
Reports To:AVP- Enterprise PMO

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in related field (business administration, IT, engineering, or related analytical field) or equivalent experience generally based on 2:1 (experience: college)
PMP and/or CSM certification(s) preferred
Minimum five years' experience in a related field;Financial institution experience preferred
Banking, Lending and Operations experience a plus
Experience in process design and process improvement preferred
Proficiencies:
Experience with project management tools;Smartsheet admin experience
Familiarity with Google's Suite of Office Applications
Lucidchart experience
Salesforce experience
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Lead and influence all project stakeholders to deliver projects and programs on time and on budget
Collaborate with the EPMO, business, technology, development, and vendor partners to understand, interpret, and fully document scope, solutions, constraints, and risks
Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, assist in implementing priorities, and resolve conflicts regarding the requirements and solutions
Ability to lead diverse team members, influence disparate stakeholder groups and align them toward common goals and outcomes
Demonstrated ability to work independently, collaboratively, or leading a team while remaining agile and flexible in a rapidly changing environment and managing multiple competing priorities
ESSENTIAL DUTIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Develop detailed project plans to effectively monitor progress
Communicate project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis
Establish and direct project scope and objectives, involving all relevant partners and ensuring technical feasibility
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project plan
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Own the project risk identification and mitigation process
Develop templates and documentation to support consistency in EPMO protocols
Ensure that budgets are adhered to and deadlines are met
Acts as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor and change agent. Participates in change management process.
