Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
· Create PR plans and strategies
· Serve as a first contact person for all media queries
. Build relationships with new media contacts and maintain relationships with existing contacts
· Write newsletters, media announcements, speeches and other PR copy
. Manage media requests in a timely and professional manner
. Ensure all communication is cohesive with the brand image and identity
. Measure PR program impacts using regular reporting
. Organize, schedule, and prepare key leaders for press interviews
. Track, evaluate, and share results of PR efforts
Requirements
. Proven experience in Public Relations
. Ability to get interviews with media houses set up is mandatory
. Excellent organization skills
. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
. Strong working knowledge of a variety of public relations programs
. Strong oral and written communication skills
. Proficient in Microsoft Office
. Proven ability to develop, implement, and execute successful public relations campaigns
