Qa Engineer

Responsibilities:Develop and execute detailed test cases and scripts for UI and API testingUtilize SQL queries for comprehensive data validation and database testingDesign, implement, and maintain test automation frameworksAnalyze test results, identify defects, and ensure their resolutionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough test coverageDocument test processes, results, defects, and other test-related artifactsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fieldAt least 3 years in a QA or similar role, demonstrating a strong track record in test automation and quality assuranceExpertise in test automation using Selenium or Playwright. Experience with .NET is highly regardedProficient in using Postman for API testingCapable of conducting SQL queries for effective database testing and skilled in UI testingFamiliarity with Jira or Azure DevOps for project management and defect trackingExperience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworksUnderstanding of CI/CD practices and toolsStrong analytical skills for problem-solving and troubleshootingComprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle and agile development principlesExceptional communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with team membersThe preferred candidatemust have: Demonstrated ability to understand client needs deeply and translate them into effective testing strategiesProven ability to work efficiently in an Agile development environment, showing flexibility and strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
