Quantity Surveyor Officer

Responsibilities:Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.Conduct thorough cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project budgets.Monitor project expenses and track costs throughout the construction process.Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.Prepare and submit progress reports, payment requests, and other documentation as required.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure cost-effective solutions and adherence to project timelines.Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to evaluate progress and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role.
