Responsibilities:
Generate client leads to buy, sell and rent property
Show properties to potential buyers and renters
Present purchase offers to sellers
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers
Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met
Promote properties with ads, listings and open houses
Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers
Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services
Display and market real commercial and residential properties to buyers
Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective customers
Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers
Qualifications:
Experience with sales
Strong interpersonal skills
Knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
A license in real estate is a plus
Ideal Candidate Must Have:

Excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive relationship with clients
Ambitious, driven and full of charisma
An understanding of the latest trends in the real estate industry
Proven track of successful sales record
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Work experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson is a plus

Salary: Commission based
