Responsibilities:Recruiting and training new realtors.Managing realtors' inquiries and complaints.Organizing community events, sales bootcamps, and webinars.Engaging with the community both online and offline.Scheduling and processing realtors' commissions.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years' experience as a relationship manager or community builder.Graduate from a reputable university.Exceptional networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.Knowledge or experience in real estate is advantageous.
