Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
Assisting clients in finding their way around the office
Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
Clean and organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
Schedule, plan and prepare meetings and training rooms
Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Assist with various administrative aspects of the team, including but not limited to monitoring email, answering phone calls, mail services, general copying, filing and scanning
Provide excellent customer service
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
Engage in marketing efforts to improve sales
Qualifications:
OND minimum
Proficient in MS Office
Experience as an office assistant or in another relevant administrative roles
Prior experience as a receptionist or relevant field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
