Summary:
Responsibilities:
? Support the Operations Manager in the day-to-day running of DRUPP Kwara.
? Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients while projecting a positive image of DRUPP Kwara.
? Courteously and professionally respond to email/phone/walk-in enquiries and escalate to other team members when required
? Provide up-to-date information to clients, customers and vendors. Track all incoming and outgoing correspondence/enquiries and follow up until customer/client satisfaction is confirmed
? Manage incoming and outgoing mails and packages and ensure prompt distribution to recipients
? Support management staff through a variety of business-related requests as may be required
? Support the scheduling of meetings, manage appointments and coordinate booking of venues
? Track and monitor visitor access to the building and flag any security concern
? Liaise with different departments to drive the efficiency of operations. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
? Ensure the reception and other common areas are professionally organized and clean
? Perform general office administrative duties
? Perform other duties as assigned etc
Qualifications/Skills/Experience
? Minimum of a post secondary diploma in administration or a related field
? Minimum of four (4) years experience in a professional setting with at least two (2) years experience in an administrative/customer service/client facing role
? Computer literacy is essential with proficiency in the use of MS Office suite and ability to adopt/explore new technology
? Excellent customer service, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
? Ability to work with diverse supervisors with conflicting priorities is essential
? Possession of good work ethics, credibility and integrity
? Strong collaboration skills with great attention to details and business acumen
? Self-motivated with follow through skills
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Ability to work under pressure and quickly turn around quality work
? Flexible and adaptable to wear multiple hats in the same day while juggling multiple priorities
