As a member of the Recruitment team, you will be trained to contact UK service providers and offer skilled healthcare assistant and support staff. You will call up to 150 service providers per day and work towards set targets.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for highly skilled professionals with:Experience in Customer Care Service with active listening, empathy, problem solving and Strong Communica4on skills.Proven ability to priori4se a busy and varied workloadAbility to demonstrate flexibility and achieve targetsAbility to work on their own ini4a4ve as well as part of a team.Ability to deal with Customers either on inbound or outbound calls.DUTIES WILL INCLUDE• To provide accurate and clear informa4on about customer's renewals• Handle customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution.• Adhere to strict codes of practice guidelines and data protection.• Ask relevant and appropriate open-ended questions.• Con4nually meet and exceed the targets set.• Deliver consistently high level of customer service.QUALIFICATIONS• A degree in any relevant Field• Experience as a Tele-sales agent, Customer care service agent, Call serviceagent, Sales advisor or any related role.• Experience in the Healthcare industry is an added bonus.JOB LOCATION• LEKKI Phase 1, Lagos Island, Lagos State.WORKING HOURS• Working hours will include 9:30am -5pm from Mondays to Thursdays and 9:30am-4pm on Fridays.SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS• A competitive salary basic salary up to N250,000 depending on experience• Bonus and incentive scheme• Unrivalled commission structure with an average of N50,000 earned weekly• Dress down Fridays with early finish
