Job Description
· Responsible for the overall strategic management of the retail channel covering sales and operations
· Management of the retail Team to ensure that
responsibilities are duly executed
· Cluster Supervisors Management- Engage, monitor and review supervisors performance under region to achieve set targets
· Set sales targets and oversee regional activities to
ensure targets are met
· Responsible for ensuring that the retail channel targets on activations are fully achieved on a monthly basis
· Acquisition, Onboarding and management of partners to deliver on
obligations according to MOU
· To ensure achievement of Global attachment rate across
all stores
· Expansion to all retail points of partners for sell
out
· Ensure stock availability in Partner Stores
