Regional Manager

Responsibilities:Provide leadership and guidance to all branch and group managers while setting cleargoals and objectives for each branch and monitor performance.Conductregular performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure continuousimprovement.Resolveconflicts and address any issues that may arise within the region.Ensuringadherence to company policies, procedures, and standards across all branches,also working with the team to develop and implement new policiesMonitoroperational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.Overseeinventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations within the region.Developand implement Business/Sales strategies to drive revenue growth within theregion.Monitorsales performance and analyze market trends to identify opportunities forexpansion.Collaboratewith branch managers to set sales targets and develop action plans to achievethem.Buildingand maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders for projects asassigned by management.Managebudgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the region: Monitorexpenses and revenue streams to ensure profitability targets are met.Identifycost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize financialperformance: Conduct regular financial audits and compliance checks to ensureadherence to regulatory requirements.Servesas a liaison/connection between senior management and all other staff:Communicate and implement company policies, initiatives and goals to businessmanagers and staffFacilitatecollaboration and product knowledge sharing among Business Managers and staffAct as arepresentative of the company in meetings, conferences, and industry eventsRequirements:Minimum academic qualification of a Master's degree5 years of working experience
